Following the success of the recent improvers' training course, Ardleigh Sailing Club is pleased to announce that a week of training sessions for beginners is now being offered to both members and non-members alike. The training will run from  Monday the 28th of August through to Friday the 1st of September and consist of afternoon sessions. The cost for five half day training sessions is £125.00 per person for members and £175.00 for non-members. There will be a maximum of 5 places.

Georgia Grice, a well experienced and RYA-qualified coach, will be running the sessions and will develop course content based on the standard RYA approach. Attendees are welcome to sail their own boats, providing they are suitable for the reservoir, or make use of the club fleet which includes Teras, Picos and Argos. Numbers are strictly limited to 5, so please do get in touch by Thursday the 17th of August to book your place by emailing training@ardleighsc.co.uk

Attendees will be expected to pay a £50 deposit to secure their booking, the remainder to be payable on the first day of training. This is a great opportunity to develop dinghy sailing skills from scratch, so do get in touch if you're interested.
